After fusing glass strips arranged over a gradual size transission, the fused piece was slumped within a concave vessel.
A quirky hand fan out of glass was a playful attempt to understand slumping and fusing techniques.

A very surprising outcome from the technique of Pâte de verre  which is a form of kiln casting and literally translated means glass paste, finely crushed glass is mixed with a binding material, applied to a mold and fired at the appropriate temperature. This is a decorative platter formed using this method. This can be used as lighting element, due to its transluceny and delicate feel.

A glass mosaic in shape of half a vase made out of fusing chunks of glass together.

Glass is a fascinating material with several properties that make it such that, optical natural of glass is clearly highlighted here.

Crackle effect created by dipping the freshly blown sphere of glass(1200 degrees Celsius at the moment) into the water and swiftly pulling it out to prevent blasting (due to thermal shock). The cracks quickly get formed without spreading into the body.Later the piece is annealed to bring the temperature down slowly.

Paper Weight with interesting surface created by throwing chunks of glass into the glass gob while blowing itself.

This was another interesting outcome of crackle effect blowing, provided the glass ball was closed with molten glass from the top with paper ash trapped within.

A molten gob of glass, blown further to break and pulled & twisted with tongs to acquire this glass flower with twisted stem.
